Returns & Cancellations

Order Cancellations
  • We typically ship out orders within 24-48 hours of purchase, sometimes even earlier.
  • All orders canceled before the item has left our warehouse will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we're unable to cancel it.

General Returns
  • If you wish to return any item, please contact us at support@handkraftz.com within 15 days (for washable silk products) and 5 days (for pure silk products) of the date you receive your order. Return request emails received after the 15 day period will not be processed.
  • Please provide the reason for returning the item in the email.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued by email within 2 business days of receipt of the return request email. The RMA email will also provide the address for sending back the item.
  • You are expected to ship the item back to the address provided within 5 business days from receipt of the RMA number. The RMA number will expire after 5 business days once it is issued, and the items will not be accepted if it is returned after that time. The RMA number should be written clearly on the return package, without which the return will not be accepted.
  • For your protection, please use a trackable shipment service such as UPS and email the return tracking number to us.
  • You will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges.
  • All items with free shipping will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Where so I send the returns?
You will receive the return address along with the RMA.

Mis-Shipped products
  • For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), the moment confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees.
  • If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping fee.
  • All other rules given in the section under General Returns apply.

Defective, damaged items
  • You are eligible for a refund of the full purchase price plus shipping charges for defective, damaged items.
  • All other rules given in the section under General Returns apply.

Color Mismatch
  • The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on Handkraftz website.
  • Slight color mismatches between the color of the product you ordered and the color shown on screen may not mean that the product is defective or mis-shipped.
  • However, if you still feel that you have received the item in a wrong color, make sure you contact customer service to see if a return or refund is possible.

Silk Bedding
  • Silk bedding must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair, and must have tags intact and still attached.
  • All returns must request an RMA number within 5 days from the date you receive your order. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. The RMA number will expire after 5 business days once it is issued, and the items will not be accepted if it returned after that time.
  • For your protection, please use a trackable shipment service such as UPS and email the return tracking number to us.
  • Due to their delicate nature, all returned pure silk bedding will be charged 10% restocking fee.
  • All our silk products go through a rigorous inspection at the manufacturing stage and are re-inspected at the time of shipping. In case there is a manufacturing defect in the item it will be immediately visible when the item reaches you. We cannot control the environment in which the customer stores/ uses the products. Hence, any manufacturing defect claims will not be entertained beyond the stipulated 5 day period and no returns will be accepted.
  • If you will not be available to inspect the product at the time of receiving it, you can purchase the item and have it shipped at a later date.
  • If the item is a gift, please ensure that the receiver inspects it within 5 days of it reaching.
  • Under no circumstance will a return/ exchange request be entertained beyond the stipulated 5 day period.

The RMA
  • Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number will expire after 5 working days once it is issued, and the items will not be accepted if it returned after that time. For your protection, please email the return tracking number to us.
  • Any returned item will void any promotional codes and any merchandise purchased using a promotional code will be charged the full retail price.
  • Items returned in unacceptable condition we will not be processed as refunds and will be shipped back to you at your cost.

Goods Damaged in Transit
  • We do inspect all merchandise for correct style, sizes, colors, and quality before sending an order out.
  • If any goods arrive damaged, just make note of the damage on the shipper's receipt and contact us at support@handkraftz.com within 5 days of shipment receipt so we can assist.

Refund Policy
  • The refund will be credited to your credit card within 10-15 business days of receiving the return.
  • The refund will be reflect in your credit card in the next 1-2 billing cycles after receiving the return.
