    Should you find an item "not in stock" while ordering, this indicates that the item is currently unavailable. Please send us a mail about your requirements and we shall let you know how soon we can make it available.


  6. How do I know if the item I ordered is in stock?

    We do our very best to keep a current inventory status of our products at any given time, however, there is a margin of variance. Within the 24 to 48 hour processing time if we find that your item is backordered or out of stock we will notify you by email. If you have indicated rush order we will email you of the "out-of-stock" status as soon as possible.

  9. What is your "RUSH SHIPPING" policy and how does it work?

    We offer UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air & 3 Day Select shipping options for all our items.


  10. Why wasn't a packing slip included with my order?

    The majority of our products will be shipped with a packing slip included in with the shipment. However, we encourage our customers to print out a copy of their order at the time the order is placed to ensure that they will have all pertinent information if they need to contact us with questions or concerns about their order.


  11. How important is the billing information when I am using a credit card for payment?

    Very Important. Our policy is to verify that every billing address presented for payment of an order is an exact match with the address on file with your credit card company. If the billing address does not match with the address on file with your credit card company you will be notified within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order. This occurrence delays the processing of your order as we are not able to continue processing your order until the correct credit card billing address is provided.
    This policy is designed to stop fraudulent orders from being placed by someone other than an authorized user of your credit card. The majority of times that we have to contact a customer about a non- matching credit card address is when our customer does not indicate a separate billing address on their order.


  12. Can I ship to a different address than the billing address of my credit card?

    Any order can be sent to a different address than your own as long as the billing address is an exact match with the credit card provided.


  13. Can items be shipped to P.O. Boxes or a PO addresses?

    UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes as a general rule.



    Gift Wrapping

  14. Can my package be gift-wrapped?

    The customer has the option of ordering gift wrapping for the items. The items are wrapped in exquisitely designed handmade paper. The charge for this is $5.00. The gift wrapping also comes with attached gift cards where you can add your personal messages. If you would like us to do so, please specify the message in your order.


  15. Can I include a personal note with my shipment?

    As part of our gift wrapping option, we offer to include personal notes. These notes are handwritten on special handmade recycled paper. Please specify the text while placing the order.



    Return Policy

  16. What is your return/exchange policy?

    • You may return an item for refund or replacement within 15 days from the time you received your order.
    • Please request for a return authorisation before you return any item. No refund will be given if an item is sent without a return authorisation.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Also, the cost of shipping the product back to us will have to be borne by the customer.
    • The products should be shipped back via a trackable shipment service such as UPS.
    • In order to keep our prices as competitive as possible we will refund you the price of the product less a restocking fee.
    • Restocking fees are 10% of the retail price for all items except dhurries and kilims. For dhurries and kilims, the restocking fee is 20% of the retail price. The rate is higher for kilims and dhurries due to the high shipping costs incurred by us for shipment.
    • Dhurries and Kilims made to order are not returnable.
    • For exchanges, customers will be charged the additional second time shipping cost, based on the shipping mode selected.
    • Items returned should be unused and returned to us in the original packing.
    • When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return.
    • Returns/exchanges will be accepted only if the items are undamaged and in a re-sellable condition.
    • You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
    • If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
    • Items purchased during the Clearance Sale cannot be returned.
